Arena sizes run from 75 to 110 in steps of 5 and follow French sizes 36 to 50: 75 matches 36 (XS), 85 matches 40 (M), 95 matches 44 (XL) and 105 matches 48 (XXXL). Arena publishes no letter size for 110.
I'm between two sizes, which should I pick?
Swim briefs and jammers are worn close to the body and the fabric relaxes slightly in water: between two sizes, the smaller one fits better, especially for swimming. For loose swim shorts, take your usual size.
How do I make my swimsuit last?
Rinse it in clean water after every swim, without detergent, and let it dry naturally out of direct sunlight. This is Arena's advice for keeping the fabric elastic.
