About this chart

Boden is a British brand: sizes are UK sizes and measurements are published in inches and centimetres (only centimetres are shown here). The brand's page gives no men's chart. Petite: cut shorter in every proportion, for a height of 5 ft 3 (1.60 m) or under; Tall (jumpsuits only): for 5 ft 10 (1.78 m) or over.

Women

Boden publishes no European conversion for its women's clothing. The usual rule of thumb is UK 10 = French 38, UK 12 = 40, but go by the measurements first. For size 4, the brand only gives a maximum ("up to" 82, 64 and 87 cm).

For babies, Boden gives the maximum height and weight of each size: a 6-9M fits up to 74 cm and 9.5 kg.

Kids

Girls

Each value is a maximum: an 8Y fits up to 128 cm in height. Dual sizes (7-8Y) follow the same row as the matching single size (8Y). Girls and boys have the same measurements up to age 9; from 10 to 12 only the hips differ; at 13 and 14 everything differs. Boden gives no hip measurement before age 10. For boys' 14Y, the brand writes "86 cm / 32 in" although 86 cm is 34 in: the cm value is used.
